To obtain a refund, please return the purchased item in its original packaging to us clearly identifying your name, address and reference number. Upon receipt we will issue a refund of the purchase price. Please note that Wow Brown is not liable for the cost of returning the product. The return of monies will be made to the original method of payment only.
